Come and join me for an hour of pure sound escapism nestled in the basement and heart of The Breathe In Space.

The Yin Studio allows for a cozy evening, with blankets, eye mask and head support, to allow you to fully cocoon yourself into a comfy space. I’ll guide you into relaxation with a short meditation to allow you to drop into your surroundings before I take you on a journey of sounds, lights and scents.

Each sessions may be slightly different and you may hear me play gongs, crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, rainstick, tuning forks and a drum during the session.
